Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Sonam Singh Bridal Studio. By submitting an enquiry and confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit amount is outlined in your booking agreement. Dates are not held without a confirmed deposit.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability. All changes must be made in writing.
3. Services
Services are as described in your individual booking agreement. Any changes to services, additional party members, or locations must be agreed in writing before the event date.
4. Travel
Travel fees apply to all on-location bookings beyond a defined radius from The Ponds, NSW. Destination wedding travel costs (flights, accommodation, transfers) are charged at cost and confirmed in your quotation.
5. Pricing
All pricing is confirmed in writing prior to your booking. Prices are subject to change for new enquiries. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price.
6. Conduct
Sonam Singh Bridal Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate a booking where conduct is inappropriate or unsafe. The health and wellbeing of the artist is a priority.
7. Photography & Social Media
Sonam Singh Bridal Studio may photograph or film work for portfolio and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Sonam Singh Bridal Studio is not liable for adverse reactions to products used where the client has not disclosed known allergies. Clients with sensitive skin or known allergies should advise prior to their appointment.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
